First of all.....I am very satisfied with my RAF. With that being said...and all my posts and pictures stating so..... I do however have long term plans of eventually building a SparrowHawk.
I mean...the cabin is much roomier. I know they have to be more efficient with CLT. The company I feel is top of the line...and Jim Mayfield is one of the main reasons.
I am sure they will be around years from now supplying parts...and I can only see nails being driven in the RAF coffin.
So for now....and the next several years...I am going to put a lot of hours on my RAF..and enjoy it to the fullest....and I know I will never be sorry for having owned one. Just as I used my Air Command as a stepping stone to a better product...my RAF....I will use my RAF to eventually step up to a new SparrowHawk.
