Why do I have this funny feeling I'll remember that line forever
Paul - you are reminding me another saying:
What is the difference between a smart man and a wise man?
The wise man keeps himself out of the troubles that the smart man can get himself out of...

Or - A superior pilot uses his superior knowledge to avoid situations that would otherwise have required the use of his superior skills.

Geez Birdy mate, you are late on this one. I will reply when I work out what you mean. I know that I am a little slow. My kids keep telling me that!!!!!!! LOL How is the season up there? We are having a normal winter for the first time in 6 years.
Not that it really worries me, BUT, you can take the boy from the farm but you can't take all of the farm from the boy!!!!
As a matter of interest, why did you not fly the Raf at all during the nationals?

RE Aussie Paul's quote: Skill is successfully flying a HTLM without a stab. Intelligence is not trying.
FYI, a new safety device has just been invented for very HTLMs. When you put the ignition key into the slot, it is broken off before you can do anything else stupid.
