Gyrobee parts question

I've gone thru the documentation numerous times and I can not seem to locate the spot where the 2 remaining axle tube saddles go. The documentation specs a total of 10, I've used 8 on the axle tubes, (4 on each)
Please help me, before I make myself any nuttier :confused: searching!

They go with the original side-arm twist-grip throttle, which most people don't build.
