Actually, we do get quite abit of fly-bys from these guys and worthogs, Rick knows how to talk to em. We would have gotten a better show but all the fw boys were droppin in for cheap fuel.

He came back again later and we did a ballet together. I stayed out over the west fence line while he was over the runway but we did matching manuevers. Like we faced each other and flew sideways stopped and then went straight and level followed by a zoom up follwed by a sweeping left turn. We did two or three of these sets. It was totally cool. I think I really got to him when I kept called him "big brother" because after that he kept calling me "little brother"

By the way, they kept announcing as "Army" but there wasn't a marking anywhere on that bird except a very small number above one of the front windows. And the guy hanging out the rear right window had a bad ass video camera and kept taking video of us. I think he got some good stuff of Dave and one of his students.

Can anybody enlighten us about the lack of markings?

When I lived in Del Rio, TX I remember the Treasury Boys landed in an unmarked Mohawk at the civil field. The agent on the right had an Uzi in a holster mounted on the glareshield. The pilot was making a phone call, then came running out of the shack yelling, "They're airborne, we're in the chase!" They did a great scramble take-off heading south across the US-Mexican border.

I used to hate it when the Harriers came by, it stopped all maintenance on the C-130's :)
Of course the HH53's out in Hawaii were pretty impressive too.
The Army cobra demonstration team is here in Georgia, and they practice at a friends small airstrip, it is very cool to watch. Like a private airshow.

You Wauchula boys are Spoilt-rotten! :) :D

Not really Scott, some people feel sorry for those who....well lets just call it for what it is "PITY" . They know we are MORONS, they know we all would love to fly in one. And so there you have it, that's the reason the big boys come by and do what they can.
