I've been thinking about a muti purpose machine. I would like a 2 person tandem like a Airborne trike. More compact then most inline gyros. But if a trike wing is also balanced on one spot like a Gyro. Could you for instance have a rotor head, where the main pivot spot for the wing is. And fly it with rotors. Or remove the rotor and place the trike wing there. Also, have a removable tail. If there was no wind and you wanted to go for a long cross country flight, wouldn't the wing be more efficient?
Also, is a Tandem more efficient then a side by side.

The Ozzies seem to have really made great innovations in the technical innovations in Gyro. We need to support them anyway we can. I think they are doing a great job of it and it appears they aren't the outlaws but the norm down under.:plane:
