Rod-end Sizes/RAF Control Tubes

Someone asked me and I can't find where I wrote it down. What are the sizes for the 8 rod ends on the tubes and the 2 smaller ones on the mixer? Thanks.

Why would you have a 1/4" joint controling a 3/8" joint. ?
