Took my wife flying for the first time since I got my ticket last weekend. Here she is glad to be on the ground at our first stop.

Then today I took my son Kasey out to the airport to spend the day with daddy. He didn't pay the gyro much attention but sure liked the BIG plane :) I am sure when he is older he will like the gyro better!

So I let him drive us down to the wash ramp so I could scrub the bug guts off the wings and windshield. He loves all the buttons, knobs, and instruments. :p

I bet you will teach him how to fly by age 7.

cute little bugger. It was just like yesterday he was born. 15 months ?

Say hello to shannon for me. She still looks better than you in the photos, sorry ron. You got that 70's thing going with those sunglasses.

Took ya long enough to get her to go flying with you though.

Ron, you think Kasey will like gyros when he gets older?

So, you're saying, when he becomes a mature adult like his Dad.....? ;)

Nice pics Ron, and a nice family as well.

I agree with Stan and Randy about them growing up quick. I stumbled onto the secret of staying young (at heart anyway). My son, Chip, and I are still in the process of growing up together. He turned 39 last week.

Randy, I really like your machine. Did I see that one at BD's? Are you flying it yet?

Randy, please add more info to your profile sheet, and at least show us where you reside. Any additional info would be appreciated also, i.e., date of birth, occupation, hobbies, flight experience, etc... The more info you can share with us, the better we can relate to you. It's good to see you posting more, Randy. Thanks for joining in.

I just saw these pics Ron. I'm so glad she finally went up with you. Are you sure she's 18? :D Anyway. Very lovely family. I can't wait to get our families together so we can go fly.

Great pics Ron!

Chuck,

Your right, it was at Bensen Day's. It was also at Mentone, and won Reserve Grand Champion. Ernie delivered it to southeast Michigan (W87 airport) yesterday and no, I have not flown it yet but will soon. I need to get a helmet!

Well John how about this - the probably 15th time I have asked - Invitation for you and your family to come here to Charlotte and spend a nice weekend with us? We can fly, the kids can play in the pool, and the girls can go to the mall. Come on Johnnyboy, it's only a 3-4 hour drive and you now don't got to work on the weekends right!??

I have got one for you, boat will be in the water this week, will be dropping some of my scuba regulators off at the shop hopefully mid week for inspection, recerts, etc. In a few weeks.....

You could fly here, spend a weekend at the beach, I wont have you building any fences ............ you will have to play with the barracuda and the spade fishes.

Ron, if you ever need a baby-sitter for a couple days, put the little bugger in a cardboard box with some food, water and toys and ship him to Sandy Eggo. We'll take good care of him. He's a sweetheart.

Jonathan I plan to be on the N.C. coast - Ocean Isle - not this week or the next but the week after for Thursday Friday and Saturday. Want to drive down and do some flying? I am taking my plane.

I would like to come for a visit, but I have seen too many Jaws movies. I ain't getting in the ocean unless I can touch the bottom - IOWs the beach!

Ken J. Thanks. I know you would love him, he is so much fun and I am very lucky to have him in my life.

I am trying to gross out a friend of mine. What ever happened to the Ken J. ugly feet photo?

It was packed up into a time capsule and blasted to Jupiter. It should get there by 2089.
