I just spoke to Angelo tonight about his Dominator and he is wanting it to find a new home and he wants to get at least 9500$ for it.

He hasn't had much time since he bought it from me back last fall to fool with it much. He has taxied it a few times and started the engine every few weeks to keep the battery charged up. It is in the same shape as it was when he got it from me.

Total time on the gyro and engine since new is right around 100 hours. The gyro needs nothing but gas and go flying. I have already spoke to a few people about this gyro and one or two of them have contacted Angelo about buying it. If no one picks up the gyro by the end of next week, I plan to go up to Virginia to visit Angelo and pick up the Dominator and bring it here to sell for him. He is too busy with work and family to spend much time weeding out the tirekickers and also has not flown the gyro and is not comfortable enough with it to demo fly it either, so I will help him find the Dominator a new home.

9500$ is a heck of a deal on this machine. You could not build it for close to that amount. The entire airframe is Powder coated not painted, it has a extra beefy double bearing rotorhead, EIS instrumentation, Ora Cook Seat tank with padded seat cover, electric starting, all the bells and whistles! It is certainly one of if not the finest two stroke Dominators ever built. I know you can find a cheaper gyro for sale, I also know that you won't find anything cheaper that comes close to the gyro that this gyro is, It is well worth the extra bucks if you want a nice machine.

If you want it let me know. :)

Hi Ron,

Wondered about the status of the Dominator. Didn't see it on Barnstormers or ebay (can't remember which) anymore.

Well that is cause it is sold. I sold it right away - had a deposit on it before I went to Angelos to pick it up. Had two other buyers that wanted me to give back the deposit so they could come right away and get it. But I wanted to sell it to who I sold it to.

Tom Faber of Columbia South Carolina bought it. He is a new member to our PRA Chapter 13, and has been taking instruction with Rusty Nance. He already flys Fixed Wings and has a nice old Cessna 170 taildragger.
