It would maybe be a good idea to have a thread or whole section in our Forum where members can find all the websites of gyro manufacturers; engine, props, etc.., suppliers; and anything related to our craft. Members should be able to update the addresses as some businesses are not up to doing this.

Ramon,

You are correct. Awhile back someone volunteered to compile a list. I was going to create a new page with links accessible from the home page. I'll have to go back and look to see who mentioned it before.

I could take care of it, if you wish.

We could use the same configuration and arrangement of the Forum. Manufacturers by type of Gyro. Then various sections on Avionics, Engines, Blades, etc...

Next to the website direction, we could include a short description of the goodies/services offered, which should include the location of the business.

should we send you the web links we do have?

To ease the work load we could post the entries ourselves as we find them on the Net.
Like a bulletin board. It is a good idea!

I like Heron Idea. Like a collective effort.

Or maybe a thread should be inititated just for this, and anybody with a good website containing rotorcraft info. should include it there.

Or maybe Ron has a better idea as the brain behind the Forum. Something like a separate section in the Forum.

Of course, a basic directory should be complied using the information contained in the Rotorcraft Directory of the March-April issue of Rotorcraft Magazine, and building from it. It is very completed, but with some mistakes. For example, Ernie's Dominator address is the old one.

Can't do it as a thread,,,,,it would get hi-jacked and then you would have to go through all the chatter to find what your looking for.
