Mazda's law suit

I read in another chat room (canards c-a) that Mazda is preparing to sue all companies that uses the Mazda engine for aircraft purposes.<br><br>Does anybody have more news on this?<br><br>Ramón

This is an interesting development if true. &nbsp;I did a quick internet search, but found no other mention of this action. &nbsp;Anybody else find something?

We talked about this rumor on the flyrotary list recently, and to our knowledge, no person, or company has been contacted by Mazda. &nbsp;I think the worst they could do is refuse to sell to a company if they knew you were planning to use the engines for aircraft. &nbsp;<br><br>I doubt there's any truth to the rumor. &nbsp;<br><br>Rusty<br>Turbo Mazda 13B powered RV-3B<br>
