Mom and Dad wished for me to THANK YOU for the card and the planter. I took it to the hospital Friday evening to show it to them. He can't have any plants yet as he is still in ICU. I will keep it at my house until he can have it in his room. They managed to get the internal bleeding stopped and had to go in an remove the blood clots Saturday.
They haven't given us a time frame when he will get to leave since his set back. I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone that if you have a friend or family member on any type of blood thinner in the hospital to have someone with him/her at ALL times. If Mom hadn't been there, we would have lost Dad. Dad is still hanging in there and his stubbornness is really paying off now. Thanks again for the card and planter and especially your thoughts and prayers!!!!
