Ron, what advantage would a chat room have over the way this forum is set up right now? Our posts and replies are instantaneous. I admit, I'm not familiar with them, but how would it be different?

They complement each other Ken!
You can have subjects discussed and mediated, schedule events in group and lots of goodies in real time. (almost anyway)
Its a good thing!

Ken the Chat room is WAY different than this and it is more casual than this. Kinda like friends talking to friends without having to watch what you say. Anything and everything can be discussed in the chat room.

In the left column, under "Rotary Extras" is "Rotary Chat".

Its tougher this time of year, days are long and flying is good. How about tomorrow evening. Say 9:00 EST, 6:00 PST. I can't guarantee I'll be there, but you guys can certainly chat without me.

Hey....tonight..Thursday night...at 9 p.m. eastern....sharp....log on...and I will try to be in the house and on. If not...try exactly at 10 p.m. eastern and I definately will be in by then. If I am not on at 9 eastern..its because I am flying......

I won't be on tonight. I got to wash up and load up the gyro and wash the cars and trucks and so on sinceI am leaving early Friday for Scotts. I figure I will be done with my chores and ready for bed around 11pm. We will chat next week.

Judging by the amount of aircraft wizzing by on GyroRon's picture site, I would have to say that he probably wants to fly all of them at once, or gets massively confused as to which one to fly first.

To make matters even more complicated, I get to fly alot of other peoples stuff too. What to fly..... Hmmm that is the Question! :)
