the frame is soon finish ,i need your help in this issue,
how hige is the seat need to be?
the seat bottom angles meet the seat braces at what higeht

You could build according to plans and still be on target.
Some have raised the seat to gain a more comfortable leg position with the rudder pedals. If you are tall raise it. Lengthen the seat braces accordingly. If you are short I would move the pedals slightly.

Mount the diagonal braces and temporarily clamp the seat and sit in it. Make some temporary braces out of scrap.
Find the most comfortable position for you.

I would not lower the seat below what the plans call for....instead move the pedals closer.

I have instructions that show how to install a seat tank on the 'Bee. It raises the seat height and also the center of gravity, improving the thrust line to C of G relationship.
