Ok, so i goofed a little when disassembling the blades and I managed to slightly bend the bottom strap (about five degrees) when removing a blade. I gently squeezed it back and seemingly nothing horrible happened. I looked with a light and examined very carefully and could not see any damage or stress to the steel. The blades angles match and track fine with no stick shake, when pre-rotating to near 200rpm. I reassembled the blades and cannot tell the difference from one blade to another. The real question is if even slightly bending that steel strap can cause it to weaken?
