Viewing past postings by date (not thread)

Hello All,

This may be a silly question, but I cannot figure out how to view all the postings in a past period. For example, how do I view all the postings for a certain date (yesterday)?

Go to advance search options there is a section for viewing by date periods and yesterday is one of the choices.

I hate to be lame, but the advanced search requires that you put a topic in to search on, you cannot just select a date. All I want to do is reread the posts from the 21st.
