One of main Russian TV channels which has a weekly aviation programm plans to make a special programm on autogyro history. They already visited Ken Wallis and now they asked me to search for a good quality video of Igor Bensen. Video should have good enough quality to translate it on TV.
Does anybody have such video or probably knows where it can be found?

Thanks in advance,

C. Beaty

Alex, some of the Bensen material is on file at Stanford University in California. There are some early photos but I see no mention of movies.

You might contact Bruce Charnov at Hofstra University. Dr. Charnov has written a number of books on autogyros and is probably the best source of archival materials.

I have a video of Bensen Aircaft Corp.
(Dr Bensen and the history of Bensen Aircraft Corp.)
It shows also the first Bensen Gyrocopter which crashed just outside his
factory. The video its a NTSC format and its not the same as posted on
Youtube as Bensen Promo
