This looks like it is going to be a good year, cant get away from the shop till Thursday but I will be there early Friday morning. My wife said she wants to see the show this year so I will be bringing her with me as well as my brother.

He had a parachute accident some years back and now he really dont want much to do with any kind of flying. some of that is his wifes doings as well....no doubt she has some concerns.

anyway look forward to seeing some new gyros and meeting you guys.

Does anyone know if the mesquito helicopter will be there?

Um...Tim..
That's one 'copter in the photo, not 2. The other item seems to be a portable toilet. I'm fairly sure those aren't classified as aircraft..still...on a hot summer day, all bets are off.

Great picture though...sort of tells a story...

Pict 303 looks like a rotorway exec and pic 304 looks like a robbbie next to a port-o-let.

That is 2 by my count but you put some rotors on that port-o-let and I'll give it a shot around the pattern!! :yo:

Jon Snider will fly his beautiul Mosquito in if his work schedule and weather alllow. I was told by HQ that there are two helicopters there as of Tuesday morning. The Mosquitos had a great showing at Oshkosh, 5 present, 54 flown (Including a turbine variant) the 5th is flying, but I didn't see it when I was there. They were impressive.

No there will be a new address once the camera is setup at Mentone.

The camera was purchased after Rick and I setup the Public internet connection for the hangar area.

I have shipped the camera to Mentone and I will begin setting it up when I arrive late tomorrow...

Tim O, Hug Sue and Gary for Catfish and MJ tell them we are missing them.
MJ :)
Ps/ Also Jennifer she is Great. We meet her in Greencastle the last year for PRA there, when Dick DeGraw won the Jump Take Off. Boy was that Fun to watch. I thought the other Gyro did a Great Job considering that it was a Gyro, like most. Dick's machine Rhino is One Of A Kind. MJ :)

They had problems with the network. and couldn't get the camera to communicate with the isp from what I heard.

Jennifer, Sue and Gary worked their BUTTS OFF during the convetion. Except for the Banquet dinner I did not once seem them not working on something to keep the convention going. In fact I think they are still there now working to clean things up.

No, did not get the camera going. I worked on it for several hours Wed, thursday and friday but no luck. Power was run to the flight line near the air-bosses and the routers were all setup testing and working great. The problem I ran into is that the local ISP's router would not forward packets to the camera.

Next year, I will have the time and resources to go up a few weeks in advance and work with the ISP to resolve the problem.

Yeah, that was something I was looking forward to also. After the build up, then the let down!

Very sorry.
