ultra sport 496

I am doing the CG of a 496 and it show a CG of 97.5 to 101 as the foward and aft. My numbers are coming ok with pilot but when copilot is in on same station I am getting 95.6. Does the copilot moment is not consider due to same sation? and only total weight is consider?

please advice.
