Rubber Coil-over Step Bushings

Anyone know where to get replacement rubber step bushings used to mount the coil-overs? I"m not sure whether this came with the Dom as a kit or whether the previous owner found them somewhere. I've tried several autoparts stores and the guy's there are pretty unhelpful if I can't give them a year, make, and model for them to look the part up. See pic. Dimensions are:

A= 1.5 IN.
B= 7/8 IN.
C= 1/2 IN.
D= ~7/8 IN.
E= 7/16 IN. (this dimension can be 1/2)
