Literally. I met an older gentleman the last time I flew into the EAA Saturday open house at Brown Field. He told me what he had for sale and I told him I'd post it for him here. He's not a gyrohead. He was building a F-W.
He has 2 EJ-22s, 2 EA-82s and an EA-81 for sale. Remember those San Diego fires a short while ago? His home and workshop went up in flames, so the engines are basically short-blocks. All the externals, like wiring and harnesses were scorched off. He assumes the innards are fine. I don't know if they're worth anything to anyone, but here's his info if you're interested. I know nothing more about the engines:
Ralph Duce
(619) 484-1111
It's his cell phone and the reception isn't always that great, as he is in a pretty rural area. He asks that anyone who calls to call in the daytime.
