Screw-In

You may select more than one choice. Ron may have 1 under construction and 1 flying this week :D

Just trying to see a ratio between Forum members, PRA Members, and Gyro Owners.

I think that will be a good gyro, but please plan to bring it down to ROC to let us look it over. You will need to get with some of the Mac Engine experts on the forum here to learn the ins and outs of the mac engine... they can be easy to operate if you know what your doing or a pain in the butt if you don't.

You know you should try to talk Chuck Irby into just bring the gyro to ROC for you to pick it up there. He has a big trailer and I am sure if he tried, he could get both that gyro and his Dominator on the same trailer. Save a trip for you and give chuck a reason to make sure to come to our fly in.

Thanx Ron that's good advise on the Mac engine, and I am planing on the ROC trip,I'd realy like too meet all ya'll.
The Boss and I are looking forward to taking the trip too Chuck's,we don't get much of a chance to go,too much work. :) but dont worry I plain on doing some arm twisting if I gotta ;).I would like the chance to talk to some instructors while I'm there if I can.

Hello all,

I have just completed final adjustments on my Air Command "Commander", it has a Hirth 3203 engine, 24' Dragon wings, 68" Warp drive prop, Wunderlich style rotator, disc brakes, and an EIS computer for something to play with.

Thanx to Danny Whiten and Scott Todaro for test flying her, and telling me what to adjust to make her fly straight. All I need now is a few more hours of training and I'll start crow hoping.

It's been a blast building this thing! But, I'm glad I'm done too. Air Command as a whole has been a great company to deal with. Nancy, Doug, and John, are probably very happy I'm not bugging them anymore too. (grin)

Okay Doug, there's your plug... send me a Tee Shirt!

Hey Jeff,

Congrats on getting everything worked out. I was at a couple of the meetings before the kids started up football and soccer season. Hope to get back out sometime.

I've seen Jeff's bird fly and it is cool, even got some video of Danny Whitten doing some flyby's. Jeff really did a great job on putting this gyro together..

Way to go Jeff.
