Good news, bad news about the single rotor engine project. The good news is that I got the Autoflight drive, and it looks great. The engine is really looking good on the test stand, and will be ready to run in a week or so.
The bad news is that the weight is going to hit about 230, for around 100 HP engine. As much as I want to use it, I just can't escape the feeling that I should stick with a 582 for this Dominator. It will be nice to just bolt everything together as intended, and fly it with few worries.
I'm not sure if it's good news or bad news, but I will have to find another project for the single rotor now :D
BTW, I know the normal radiator for a Dominator is from a Rabbit, but does anyone know exactly what year, engine, etc to ask for at the auto parts shop?
Thanks,
Rusty (don't tell anyone I bought a two stroke)
