Juice, You don't have to have a chapter nearby to be a member. Of course nothing is stopping you from forming a chapter in Brazil. Unless all Brazilians are like Heron..... lol

I have tryed to form the Brazilian chapter, sent down the paper work, no go!
Juciê, you are following the brazilian logic = member > chapter > association
it does not work like that here (how does it work?) you can be a member without any connection with the chapters.
The magazine is very good you should join (that is the only way to get it) and then get some of the other guys to join and form a chapter. Not that it will change anything or the PRA will give a rats ass for another chapter.
Here I go again . . .sorry . . .I should bite my tongue but it hurts!
