Just thought I'd ask how some of you guys work the payment when you sell something over the Internet; do you require a check for the full amount before shipping? Half now and half later?
What's the usual method?

Screw-OutSame here... unless I know the person well enough to risk shipping something before payment is received.

For high dollar Internet transactions (like cars, etc.), an escrow service can be used that'll receive and hold a buyer's money, then once the seller proves he shipped it, the escrow service releases payment to him... all for a fee of course. :)
