Is there anyone that has a maintainence manual for the scorpion 133. I've got the engine manual but need to know the service intervals and component replacement (V belts etc) times. Royden.

Hey Royden,
Does your Scorpion have the small grooved belt driving the mag? This was the only belt I had trouble with, can't rev the motor and let off of it too quick
or it would jump time every time!! If I can find any of my old stuff Its yours.

I dont want to be nasty but what on earth are you talking about. I'm trying to find info on my Scorpion and its maintenance. I have not been negative or bad mouthed anyone or any thing. Next time you make a comment like that, please justify it.

I think he was talking about the RotorWay forum. He was just giving you a word of caution if you post over there. He wasn't commenting on anything you've said or done here, I believe.

My apologies. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I read it in my email and not in context with the other posts in the forum.

George, (thumper549).

Is your name George Bell? I looked you up on the rotorway forum and you have never made any posts. I am confused.

I have been a member of that forum for a long time. Since 01. The people there are mostly helpful. yes there are personalities in every group, but all in all they are a good bunch.

There are several guys on the forum that should have the information you need. Homer Bell comes to mind first and foremost. He was very good friends with BJ Schram and built and flew every rotorway that has been made.

I think if you try asking a question, you actually might get some help...Now dont be offended if you dont like what you hear. From what I have been told, the early scorpion cable operated rotorhead is quite a lot to handle. You might not want to get any higher then you are willing to jump;)

Good luck...
