ultra sport vibration

I am helping a friend track and balance his hely blades. with a strobe at night we had aligned the lead and lag to center line then the tra to the mos perfect pattern. Now the stick and cabin vibrates on reving up once you get aboce 50% of rotor rpm it smoth out. The stick vibrates buy really fast compare to my twinstar UI would say is great.

But the oner said it was almos non vibration originally.

I have weight ,trank and balance oth blades no luck.

what it could be? Does a no vibration hely exist?
