Hi Everyone,

Got turned onto gyros by a friend that has a couple.

I have been operating fixed wing for some time and was looking at building one. Now that I have seen the light, I am studying which gyro would be right for me to build.

Will be looking into flight training also of course.

Please don't hold the fixed wing thing against me, some people are slower learners than others.

I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone.

Thanks

Roundwing Welcome to the forum, We always welcome new gyronauts and you are starting out on the right foot, Figure out which gyro is best for you and get Training. Those are good answers because there are many differences between gyro's and fixed wing aircraft. Many on here can help you but we do need to know a few things.
#1 Are you looking for single place or two place gyro?
Do you want open air or enclosed cockpit?
Where do you live so we can help you find a good instructor?
Let us know and again Welcome to the family.

Welcome. The first big fly-in is Bensen Days in Wachula, FL April 10-15. You can check out a lot of gyros there.

Roundwing, Welcome to Gyronut World. As Tim said make it down to FL for BD Days 2007 it will give you a Good Up Close look at Several Diff Machine's. And you will get a chance to talk with alot of Great Pilot's. See you there.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I am looking at a two place closed cockpit. I want to be able to fly it year round. Leaning toward the Little Wing.

Toledo, OH.

Won't be able to get to FL in April.

Will get over to Mentone this summer or sooner, and do some touchey-feeley on some real gyros then.

Thanks again.
