Rick is the Mac guru. He has a CDI ignition for the macs that works real good.

I was in the same boat, Rick is great help. I have the engine together, but still have a wait since I've not gotten my CDI back from Rick yet. What carb are you using with yours? Also for engine mounts I didn't want to pay $50 x 3 for them from RND, when I can carve up shock absorber bushings for a lot less. RND also charged quit a bit for some very plain gaskets and seals, I will be looking for another source next time.

aircraft spruce p/n 08-00662 for $39.50 is a set of 8 bushings that will fit the MAC mounts.
