Anyone have an operations/service manual for a Rotax 532 motor?
Just purchased an Air Command and need to make sure things
are up to par. I have already downloaded the various Service
Bulletins and such from the Rotax Owner's Website, but still would
like to have the complete documentation on the motor.
Thank you for your consideration.

Randy, I have about 400 hours in front of a 532, so I can probably answer most questions you may have. I have some 532 information I'll be glad to send you, it will cover most of the info you're looking for. Send me your address and phone number and I'll get it gathered up and send it to you. richard@conwaycorp.net

Richard,
Thank you for your phone call yesterday. I am looking forward to "picking your brain" on the subject of gyros! :D

Anyone have an operations/service manual for a Rotax 532 motor?Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but here's some free Rotax 532 engine maintenance info online:

Tommy Rust....I returned your email and it came back to me undeliverable - twice. I'll make some copies of the 532 info I have and send it to you as well as Randy. It will take a few days so be patient.

Richard,
Thanks so much for the 532 information!! It was very useful for my restoratation project on the old Air Command 532. I have the motor
running very well now, but have to re-pitch the Warp 3-blade prop
as the previous owner has it blowing forward, the wrong direction.
I called Warp, they advised me to set it at 10 to 11 degrees as measured
at the end of the blade. I have one of their square bubble level protractor
deals to set it with, so that should not be a problem for my local aircraft
mechanic.
Mr. Rust, I have forwarded a copy of the 532 information from Richard to
you as well.
Now on to going through the old gyro to make sure that all the bolts and
nuts are there and properly set up.
Thanks to everyone on this site for your comments!
