Just a note you can not use the stock RAF muffler with this radiator!!! Look at the upper hose. :eek:

Neat looking job Ken,altho I think you could replace the hose with a prebent aluminium tube and a piece of hose on each end.Thats the bigrigs doit. very cool Sonny

Yes, Sonny, I have to do some mods on the hoses anyway. AAI has the top tube in the middle instead of the starboard side as on the old RAF radiator. Naturally, that's right where one of my ignitions is located. I haven't had the original RAF muffler in years. I was making my repair-welder rich.
