jet lands downwind and ends up in river

This guy lands a jet downwind runs out of runway and ends up in the river....everyone gets out and then the jet engine malfunctions and spools up to full power. check it out.

Do you happen to know where this was? Man, that engine starting up and making the plane start to float off was something. Looked like the plane was well water tight though. Wasn't sinking any. I hope they finally got a rope on it and towed it closer to shore before it did sink and was harder to get out.

I THOUGHT it looked like Bader Field. It's a shame they are closing that airport.
