Strange *

I was looking thru the alcoa web site on 2024 and they * some sizes, saying that the strength would go down with a thicker piece above so many inches. Is this possible and why.

John I know what your worried about and that is the home made Hub Bar your flying with. I say whip out the Credit card and just buy a new set of blades. I would never be comfortable flying that hub bar no matter what I was told. I would use your old hub bar and get some Fleck blades like Brent Brown uses or just get a brand new set of RAF blades.... Or if you really want to spend the cash order some Sportcopter blades. I know you don't like to cut corners and the Hub bar you got now is a corner cut IMO.

I'd like to see a picture of that. What is this hub bar? What redrive are you using John? EJ-22 powered, right?
