Ozzy Paul. :)
After all the cr.p and abuse that was posted on the "flying in the wind "thread, what is your conclusion mate.
Your the only one on this forum that was at the oz flyin where I did the upwind/downwind thing.Did you notice any difference????[I suppose you saw me fly??]
I'd like an honest answer from a respected bloke[you] to clear up the argument ;) .And I'm not trying to be a smart a.. ,I'd just like it to be knowen for the sake of the "newbys" wether in cretain circumstances there is a difference or not.

No birdy I did not see you bung on your act. I only saw you in part of the comps, and flying generally around with sooooo much skill I was devestated.

I am sorry that I can't say yey or nay. I did not see everything that was going on.

I have no doubt as to the way you manipulate your "steed" that the standard downwind turn scenario goes out the window. A gyro can and will turn so quickly that you can end up with no airspeed. You saw me stuff up and almost trim the scrub!!!! No LOL for that one I can tell you, but you already knew that.

Aussie Paul.
